Kennington Commercial sought to revitalize a series of recently acquired office buildings. To enhance these properties, Paper Kites was tasked with reimagining the communal courtyards. While retaining the existing pathways and gathering areas, the focus shifted to introducing a more untamed and tranquil ambiance through plant material. The planting infuses these spaces with a palette that’s more reflective of the native Texas landscape providing texture, contrast and movement that creates a refreshing respite within the courtyards.
